4. **Equipment Maintenance:**
- Maintain and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas.
- Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of equipment used in patient care.
5. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Work collaboratively with the physical therapy team and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, helping them feel comfortable and informed during their sessions.
- Contribute to accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and progress.
**Qualifications:**
1. **Education and Certification:**
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
2. **Experience:**
- Prior experience in outpatient settings is advantageous but not required.
- New graduates with a strong clinical background and a passion for rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.
